  • Two Dental Plans available for groups under 10 employees covering either Preventative and Basic or Preventative, Basic, & Major Dental Services. You can access services from the PPO Network or Out of Network.

  • Guarantee Issue Life Insurance is available for groups larger than 5 employees ($15,000). For groups larger than 20 employees ($15,000-$20,000-$25,000 or 1 times salary to a maximum of $50,000).
